**As a reminder you must have a 2.5 GPA (Documented on Transcript) and may not be on Disciplinary Probation.**

1. Recruitment Registration closes on Sunday, January 12th at 11:59pm. There will be NO late submissions allowed past the deadline.
2. As an individual wishing to go through recruitment, you must complete two hazing modules. If you do not complete them, you will not be able to go through the recruitment process. These must be completed by the Mandatory Meeting. **Please note: There are TWO courses.

The High Point University Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life is excited to introduce two-course requirements for all students participating in the fraternity/sorority experience. Hazing Prevention: It’s Everyone’s Responsibility 101TM and Hazing Prevention: It’s Everyone’s Responsibility. The Fraternity & Sorority Life Module. This program must be completed by January 12Th.
Hazing Prevention 101 is an awareness course educating students on how to recognize, prevent and report hazing. The real-life scenarios prepare students, group members, and bystanders to make informed decisions, ultimately empowering them to prevent hazing.
The Fraternity & Sorority Life Module is an extension of the prerequisite course, Hazing Prevention: It’s Everyone’s Responsibility 101™, designed for university students in fraternities and sororities. This 15-minute module dives deeper into the specific needs of fraternity and sorority life.
Register to complete these courses at https://highpoint.prevent.zone/ Completion of the courses is a requirement to participate in recruitment. You will not be allowed to participate in recruitment if this course is not completed. If you No exceptions. *If you have previously gone through recruitment At High Point University in the past, you do not need to do this module again.

Involvment Fair: January 10th: 12-2pm

IFC Spring 2025 Recruitment Schedule:
Check-In/Check-Out: Please plan to arrive at Webb Conference Center, approximately 15 minutes or earlier, before the start of each round to check in with the Interfraternity Council (This excludes Off-Campus night and Bid Day). You will be released to the chapter locations from Webb Conference Center (Building is located across the street from the intramural fields parking lot).
NIGHT ONE: ROUND ROBIN - Monday, January 13th: 6:30pm-10pm (varies)
Meeting Location: Webb 103
What to Wear: Polo and Khakis
You will be free to visit any chapter(s) that you would like, for any amount of time, during this round. You will start in Webb 103 to check in with a member of the IFC Executive Board. You will then be able to attend any fraternity location to continue meeting their members.
NIGHT THREE: INVITE BACK NIGHT- Wednesday, January 15th: 6:30pm-8:30pm
Meeting Location: Webb 103
What to Wear: Polo and Khakis
Party attendance is by invitation only. You will then be able to attend a designated location with any fraternity you have been invited back to, for any amount of time You will start in Webb 103 to check in with a member of the IFC Executive Board.
NIGHT FOUR: OFF-CAMPUS NIGHT- Thursday, January 16th: 6pm-9pm
Meeting Location: Phillips 120
What to Wear: Polo and Khakis
Party attendance is by invitation only. You will then be able to attend a designated location with any fraternity you have been invited back to, for any amount of time. This location may be off-campus, or could also be at HPU. Members of the fraternity are responsible for driving PNMs to their venues, including another fraternity's off-campus venue if you were invited back to more than one. Fraternities are REQUIRED to drive you to another spot if you ask them to. If they don’t, please contact a member of the IFC Executive Board.
BID DAY – Friday, January 17th: 6pm

What to Wear: Casual (Chapters will provide apparel)
